This is a very helpful graphic for determining what retail or pv you need to get to the next commission level. If you are at the highest level (45% for $1000 retail/$700 pv) then you will get your extra 15% as a discount taken off at checkout. If you are at the 35% or 40% level, then you will receive your extra 5 or 10% commission in your check at the end of the month.
It always pays to check to see if you are a few dollars away from the next level!!!
