As a homeschooling mom of seven, I am always looking for ways to save time and do things more efficiently so we have time for the more important things in life!
So much time is wasted on a day-to-day basis. Think of your morning routine, for example… how long does it take you to get ready for the day? Do you always feel like you are in a crazed rush to get your shower, get dressed, style your hair, make your bed, feed the kids, make sure they are ready for school, clean up the kitchen, throw in a load of laundry, etc, etc?
Oh, and were you supposed to exercise or have a bit of a morning quiet time as well??? So much to do before you can even START your day! Phew! No wonder you are so tired before your day even BEGINS!
Let’s focus on one major culprit that may be contributing to your frantic morning rush: your hair.
Yikes! Yes, I said it… your hair!
How many frustrating bad hair days do you have?
You spend all that time washing, drying, straightening, and curling, only for your hair to have a mind of its own and decide it doesn’t want to cooperate with your lofty expectations!
Ugh… and now you are late or behind on your schedule for the day!
“Okay, that’s it… I’m fed up with trying to style this mess!” you say. “It’s not worth it!” Then you resolve you are just going to slap it up in a messy bun with a stretched out elastic or clip it up with a big ugly plastic claw. Easy. Done. Out of your way. Time to get on with your day. But wait…
How come you still don’t feel “all together”?
How come you feel sloppy, like you just crawled out of bed are still wearing your pj’s?
Forget it and move on…
Several hours later, after working hard and trying to be productive, you feel that nagging headache starting to come on….oh shoot…you KNEW you’d regret putting in that ponytail elastic! You knew they always give you headaches, but you just didn’t want to mess with your hair this morning! Now the kids are acting up, the house is becoming a wreck, you are behind on your schedule, but you have a pounding headache!
There’s GOT to be a better way to deal with this thing called “hair.” Really.
If someone had told me years ago that I could do my hair in only seconds and be totally classy and put-together for the day with no frustration, I would have laughed at them.
I might have laughed so hard that I wouldn't have heard them add that it is also so comfortable that you'll forget you are even wearing it! :)
If you're skeptical right now, I get it. But that's only because you haven't tried a Flexi-clip in your own hair yet.
Lilla Rose invented an amazing patented hair clip that is winning over thousands of happy customers. It is a flexible (to securely fasten your hair!), one-piece (nothing to lose!), durable (made out of piano wire so will last for years!), stylish (so many pretty designs!), super-comfortable hair clip that is more like stunning jewelry for your hair than the practical life-saver it truly is.
I was like you, a busy mom who didn’t have time to mess with her hair! Mornings were rushed and full of frustration!
To top it off, I had very thick, wavy, frizzy hair.
It took me about 45 minutes to dry, straighten, and style my hair. I didn’t have time for that!!! With homeschooling 7 kids, I had so many more pressing things to take care of!
So then I started trying to pin my hair up in a large barrette, but found that it would not fit in my hair! I tried bending the metal to get it to fit more hair. With that method, I was able to squeeze all my hair in, but then would find that after a while it couldn’t stand the strain any longer and would just pop out!
Then I tried the plastic claw, but it was ugly and uncomfortable! And the weight of my hair was constantly breaking off the teeth, so I’d have to keep repurchasing them. Ponytail holders were out of the question, as they’d pull and give me headaches!
Then one day I went to a local homeschool convention. There I saw a booth with ladies all crowded around trying on some very unusual hair-clip-thingys in all kinds of beautiful hairstyles!
I also saw that there were 7 different sizes, with ones that looked that they would actually fit MY hair!
I could hardly believe it!
I promptly forgot all about shopping for homeschool curriculum, and went to try one of these things in my hair.
It was a MIRACLE! Seriously!!!
It FIT! It was super comfortable! It was pretty!
I could put ALL my hair up in a French Twist with just ONE clip! I can’t tell you how absolutely thrilled I was to have found this treasure! But there were other ladies there as well, ones with hair the opposite of mine…super baby-fine, slippery hair…and the flexi was working in their hair as well!!! Amazing! ONE clip would work in ALL kinds of hair!
I bought a flexi and wore it every day thereafter and was totally in love.
At last…my hair frustrations were over. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that my life has not been the same since.
Then, one day, the unthinkable happened…I LOST MY CLIP when I went camping that summer!
I WAS DEVASTATED!!!
I couldn’t function without my beloved flexi! I frantically searched the web to find a replacement where I learned that I could become an independent consultant and sell them myself.
Why not??? If I loved them so much, I knew other ladies would as well! And I was right! I have been selling them for over five years now, and have hundreds of ladies whose lives have been transformed because of a simple hair clip! Crazy, I know, but true!
Ladies who used to think that NOTHING could work in their hair, are now thrilled with the amazing flexi! It worked for them, and can absolutely work for you as well!
Transform your Mornings
Put your hair up comfortably & easily with these strong & elegant hair accessories by Lilla Rose!
It's part of every girl's struggle. It doesn't matter how cute that haircut is; sometimes you just need to get it out of the way!
Girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.
Normally, you'll reach for a scrunchie, bobby pin, or plastic claw, but you know there's going to be a cost for their convenience. When they aren't snapping, breaking, or discoloring, they're hurting your scalp or giving you an annoying headache. Not to mention the dreaded "ponytail dent" or the ridiculous problem of not being able to put your head back in the car while wearing the claw!
Plus, unless you can figure out how to cover what's holding your hair up, this gear isn't usually all that attractive.
What about special occasions? Pass the bobby pins! All one million of them. Ouch.
“I had heard so much about the incredible strength of the Lilla Rose Flexi clip that the idea popped into my head of making a short video displaying it's strength by running it over with a car. This idea was inspired by the film Napoleon Dynamite where Kip and Uncle Rico were trying to sell tupperwear. I expected we would see the same result as in that film, a shattered and broken product, and I would have to scrap the idea. However, we ran over a Flexi clip with an actual car, multiple times in fact, and not only did it not break, but it wasn't damaged in any way! This is an amazingly strong product!”

With the flexi clip, you don’t need to sacrifice elegance for durability.
Flexis are created from strong and flexible music wire, which pianos and guitars are strung with. Have you ever tried to break one of those in half? Didn't work out too well, did it? The pin is made from zinc, a metal that nuts, and bolts, and screws are made from, and you don't see those breaking too often either, do you?
The flexi will NOT break! In fact, it has even been demonstrated to withstand being run over by car!
Watch the video to find your size --->
But no worries if you still end up with the wrong size, as Lilla Rose has a 90-day sizing guarantee for free exchanges!
Also, if one does happen to break within a year, you get a new one for free! That's right, up to a year, completely free!
Don't just take it from me. Take a look at just a few of the dozens of awesome testimonials I've received from happy, enthusiastic customers, many of whom thought that nothing would work in their hair! If the flexi worked for them, I guarantee it will work for you as well!!!
Does it stay put all day?
“[Today I had] a large flexi holding my bun in. I put it in at 6 a.m. and took it out at 8:30 p.m. after a day of looking after young, energetic children. NOTHING has ever held my hair all day like that before!!”
What about during yard work or farm chores?
“We wear the few flexi clips we have all the time and have given them, I think, the ultimate test. We live on a farm. Our chores are anything but light duty. These clips keep our hair up and out of our faces while working in the garden or rounding up the animals. Some might think they're too fancy for that kind of work but who says you have to be frumpy for that? They get the job done with our hair so we can get our work done and look pretty to boot!”
Bring it on.
"I run a little over 2 miles everyday with a medium flexi in my hair. It doesn't move and is so comfortable! One day I hope to prove yes, you can run a marathon with a flexi!”
"I'm a conservative Mennonite follower of Jesus and in our church we ladies wear our hair up every day. Normally we use a hairnet and hairpins, and I had headaches a lot. When I read about flexi-clips, I thought their comfort was probably over-rated (everyone says you can't even feel it's up there), but thought I'd try one anyway.
I bought one with Christmas money. It took some experimenting to find a way that worked, but I figured it out. I was surprised to discover you really can't feel a flexi when it's in right.
After a week and a half, I tried wearing my hair up for church using a hairnet and hairpins . . . and I rushed home as soon as church was over and ripped the pins out. I had forgotten just how badly my head used to ache.
That was a year and a half ago and I've never worn a hairnet and hairpins since. I use my flexi-clip every day--it's comfortable and it's so much quicker than the old way of doing my hair.
And now I talk other people into getting flexi-clips."
Gentle on damaged hair
"When I was first introduced to the Flexi by you, my hair was not very healthy. I had lost a palm-size chunk due stylist error. It was painful to put any hair clip in except for the Flexi, which I have been wearing ever since. Initially I had ordered a large because I was used to breaking clips; not having clips falling out of my hair, which is what happened with the large. I had to downsize to smalls and mediums. Today, I just tried out my large, and it FITS! I have to say that the Flexi has contributed to the growth. No stress on the tresses allowed the renewal and growth! Woot! Woot! I am most thankful because I am waayy too young for a bald spot!"
Headbands don’t slip out...
“My daughter LOVES the headbands. She tells people that 'Other headbands slip out of my hair, but I can hang upside down on the monkey bars at school and my Lilla Rose Headbands stay in place.'"
... and bobby pins also stay in!
"I wore a pair of Lilla Rose bobby pins yesterday and they didn't budge once! I have fine and slippery hair too! Love them!!"
“Just received my hair jewelry! I have never had something so pretty that held my hair, without giving me any headaches. Looks incredible and no headaches, I'll be visiting more often!”
“If you consider all of the other hair pins, clips, and ponytail ties that break hair and such, like my grands have bought thru the years, that break and discolor, this is well worth the cost-- it is more like jewelry. I'm looking for more items now that I've found a way to keep my thin hair up all day. I can even take a nap and not hurt or have to redo my hairstyle. I am a hairdresser and have never found any other hair ornaments I am so happy about! Only problem so far is too many choices.”
